5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds generally become withdrawable only after placing bets totalling a specified multiplier of the bonus amount, such as 10x or 20x.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period; once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated in the terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Jellivo reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to verify age or identity
• Long-inactive accounts (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request

Users may close their account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be available for withdrawal.

• Any losses in a game or bet resulting from internet connectivity issues
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers
• Issues caused by the user's own device or software
